Warranty
We offer a comprehensive 3 year warranty on any product manufactured by LOUVRE INNOVATIONS.
All materials and labour shall be covered by this warranty. Determination for any warranty claim shall be at the sole discretion of LOUVRE INNOVATIONS.

The powder coating integrity is guaranteed for 15 years against fading and blistering.
The warranty details on all goods supplied by LOUVRE INNOVATIONS, but not manufactured by LOUVRE INNOVATIONS is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes any motors, electrical components, LED lighting and ZipScreen blinds. Details of such manufacturer’s warranties will be provided upon request.

All warranties start from the date of completion, or date of dispatch if only the product is supplied.
Product Care
Periodic cleaning is essential to maintain your LOUVRE INNOVATIONS products.
We recommend a six-monthly cleaning schedule of gently removing loose debris, then cleaning the structure with a soft brush and mild household detergent in warm water to remove salt, dirt and grime, followed by rinsing off with fresh water.

In high pollutant areas (i.e. beachfront, geothermal, industrial) this cleaning programme should be carried out more frequently (approximately every 3 months or as required).

We also recommend spraying both louvre pivots and ZipScreen® tracks from time to time with a silicone spray (please do not use oil based lubricants like CRC or WD-40) for easy operation.

Remember that with proper care and maintenance you are not only retaining the aesthetics of your louvres and blinds but also contributing to their longevity giving many years of functional beauty to your home.

All our aluminium products are not only extruded right here in New Zealand - our extruders also source their aluminium from the New Zealand Aluminium Smelter in Bluff and extrude it in New Zealand, reducing its carbon footprint by keeping transport distances at a minimum!​

The extrusions LOUVRE INNOVATIONS use are certified to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
